This inspection has more detailed roof information than is done in the 4 point inspection. The exterior roof covering is inspected to make sure that it is in acceptable condition, securely attach and that there are no exposed area.
Along with the exterior, several items are inspected and reported in the attic area. These include the type of decking material and roof to deck attachments. We also check for evidence of leak and damaged decking.
